As the CEO/COO of Colorado Commercial Builders, I facilitate and organize all areas of the construction and development process. Colorado Commercial Builders primary emphasis is the Design/Build process for the construction of churches. We also offer Design/Build services for the construction of Class-A and Class-B office buildings, and office/warehouse projects.

Responsible for managing construction projects, coordinating projects, and working one-on-one with owners and architects. I personally managed projects where we were hired to replace contractors who were fired by the owners.

Dale Beggs Development Company – President/Owner
As President of the company, I oversaw offices in five different states. We developed and built shopping centers, office buildings, industrial warehouses, and apartment complexes. Other construction projects included government projects, warehouses, and the Laser Defense System in White Sands, New Mexico.
